Welcome To The Show

Thanks for finding my blog. I really didn't make this for the public, but you're all welcome to check this stuff out. This page is for my use to write scripts and ideas for the internet tv series White Trash Heroes.

In case you haven't heard, White Trash Heroes is an internet tv series that we will be releasing episodes for in September, 2014. The idea is a mixture of the culture comedy of Cheech & Chong movies mixed with That 70s Show and the Canadian series Trailer Park Boys, with a dash of Mtv's Surreal Life.

I am producing and directing this series on a shoestring budget with the help of my family and friends. A partial list of the cast and crew is as follows ; Ronald Sandlin, Robert Reeves, Jonathon Hammel, Elvis Boehm, Gary Breezley, Juju Crow, Ryan Schwass, Rob Chambers, Paul Fay, Madison Marie, Kayla Lynn, and myself Philip C Knecht.

I am talking to a celebrity about a guest appearance in our Xmas episode, but I can't say any more about that at this time. I will ask the celebrity if they will give me permission to talk about their possible involvement. I can say that the part will be as a narrator for the Xmas episode and we will have to travel and their part will be filmed separate from the rest of the cast.
{   EDIT   }
{   The Celebrity in question is a 3'11, 65lb. 25yr. exotic dancer who has been featured in Hustler Magazine }
{ and on Jerry Springer named Kat Hoffman aka Kat the Midget. }

I am actively seeking script writers. I have ideas and can write dialogue and can plan a story, but I've never written a script before. Each episode is 22 minutes long and I don't know how to tell if I have enough material until we start doing read thru's of the scripts. So if you're interested, shoot me a message.

We are also willing to accept music for use in the series. We are currently planning to record 3 original songs for inclusion in the series, (2 different style theme songs and a song for the Xmas episode) but we are open to using other artists material if we feel it fits the tone of the show or particular episode, as long as we can use it on a promotional basis.

For that matter, if you have any ideas for the show or promotional material or anything of that nature, feel free to contact me. We are accepting home videos and will post some of our favorites to our YouTube channel.  www.youtube.com/channel/UCM8S1qJsyGYB5jXPnPD4g0A

We also will have White Trash Heroes merchandise coming out next year. We hope to maybe have a couple things ready in time for Xmas this year. We will have shirts, hats, underwear, and even capes.
But probably the most important thing is to find out the best way or ways to get our episodes to the paying public. We are looking at 2 options now (and we may do both) but we are open to other ideas as well. Option 1 is to have a subscription site where members pay a small monthly fee and have access to the episodes on the site. Option 2 is to charge for downloads of episodes or the entire season. And it might be a good idea to have both of these options available so that people have a choice to either download or stream the episodes.

Well, I'm gonna go work on my scripts now so I'll talk to ya later.
